  • How far in advance should I reserve?

    We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially for larger events. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on our schedule.

  • Can you help plan the program?

    Yes, we are happy to help with timing and session setup so the activity fits perfectly into your program or event schedule.

  • Can we combine multiple VR activities?

    Yes, that’s possible. On location we can combine VR Experience, VR Lasergame, or VR Free Roam for a varied program.

  • How does payment work?

    Business clients can easily pay by invoice. You will receive the invoice after confirmation or completion of the event.

  • What equipment do you bring?

    We bring everything: VR headsets, controllers, screens, cables, and safety equipment. You only need to provide space and power.

  • How much space and power is required?

    Each VR set requires about 1.5×1.5 meters and one power outlet (220V). Internet is helpful but not always required.

  • How long does setup and breakdown take?

    Usually between 30–60 minutes depending on the setup size. Our hosts handle everything.

  • Is VR safe on location?

    Yes. Everything is wireless and supervised by hosts. We ensure safe distances and clear boundaries.

  • What if technical issues occur?

    Our hosts always bring backup equipment and solve issues immediately.
