  • What exactly is VR Teambuilding?

    VR Teambuilding is all about collaboration, communication and fun. You play various VR games where you need to discuss, divide tasks and work together toward a goal. It is active, surprising and definitely different from a standard team day.

  • Why is VR suitable for teambuilding?

    Because VR puts everyone on equal footing. In the virtual world it doesn’t matter what your role is — teamwork, trust and communication determine success. This creates a fresh dynamic within the team.

  • What types of games do you use for teambuilding?

    We choose games that stimulate teamwork: from escaping together in a virtual escape room to cooperative puzzle and adventure games. Everything is guided by hosts who ensure the pace and atmosphere stay enjoyable.

  • What do we learn during a VR Teambuilding activity?

    Besides a lot of laughter, teams learn to communicate better, listen and support each other. Natural leaders, creative thinkers and team players often emerge without it feeling like training.

  • Can we link the activity to specific themes or goals?

    Yes, absolutely. Think of themes like trust, collaboration, dealing with change or leadership. We can tailor the games and program accordingly.

• Booking

  • How do we book or request a quote?

    Book online or request a quote with: date, group size, desired package, private yes/no and any preferences (program, catering).

  • What is included in the price and what are the options?

    Included: briefing, guidance, use of headsets/controllers and gameplay within your booked duration. Optional: private session, extra time, leaderboard/prize and catering.

  • Catering: drinks/snacks/packages (vega/vegan)?

    Yes. Drinks/snacks at the bar or as a package. Vegetarian/vegan options available; please inform us about allergens in advance.

  • Invoice (VAT/PO) and payment on account?

    Yes. We provide a VAT invoice; PO/purchase number can be added. Payment via card/credit card or on account (after approval).

  • Is there parking nearby?

    Interparking Station is located right next to us. Book in advance via Interparking and use code VRCAFE15 for 15% discount. Entrance: bus side of the station. Alternative: Jansweg parking (5 min walk). Public transport stops at Haarlem station, right outside. Bike parking available.

• General

  • How large can our group be, and how many can play at the same time?

    We welcome groups of up to ±50 people. At the same time, 11 play on the game fields and 4 in the racing area; the rest rotate in rounds.

  • Which duration/package do you recommend per group size?

    Up to 12 people: Small (±1h) or Medium (±2h). 13–24 people: Medium (±2h). 25–50 people: Large (±3h) or two consecutive slots. This way everyone gets multiple turns without waiting.

  • Can spectators watch along?

    Yes. Each play field has a screen to watch; great for atmosphere and team coaching.

  • Do I need to arrive earlier?

    You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, but it is not required.

  • Where exactly can I find the VRcafe?

    The VRcafe is located at Stationsplein 68 in Haarlem, directly opposite the station. Bus and train stop right outside. By car, you can park at Interparking Station Garage next to us (use code VRCAFE15 for 15% discount).
