  • What is a VR Company Outing?

    A VR Company Outing is an active team event full of collaboration, humor, and competition. Colleagues play various VR games together — from laser tag to puzzles and racing — guided by our hosts. It’s an original way to experience something new together outside the work environment.

  • Why is VR a good idea for a company outing?

    VR takes everyone out of their daily routine. It’s accessible, brings people together, and guarantees lots of laughter. Teams need to collaborate, communicate, and sometimes let go — perfect for team building and relaxation.

  • What does an average program look like?

    We start with a short introduction and demo, after which you play multiple rounds with different games. There’s time to laugh, switch, and encourage each other. Depending on group size, the program usually lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours.

  • Can we tailor the activity to our team or theme?

    Yes, absolutely. We can adapt the program to your goals or preferences: more teamwork, more competition, or a more relaxed experience. Themes like ‘communication’, ‘trust’, or ‘fun after work’ can also be central.

  • Can we add a prize ceremony or competitive element?

    Definitely! We can track scores and finish with a leaderboard or small award ceremony. Perfect for teams that enjoy a bit of healthy competition.

• Booking

  • How do we book or request a quote?

    Book online or request a quote with: date, group size, desired package, private yes/no and any preferences (program, catering).

  • What is included in the price and what are the options?

    Included: briefing, guidance, use of headsets/controllers and gameplay within your booked duration. Optional: private session, extra time, leaderboard/prize and catering.

  • Catering: drinks/snacks/packages (vega/vegan)?

    Yes. Drinks/snacks at the bar or as a package. Vegetarian/vegan options available; please inform us about allergens in advance.

  • Invoice (VAT/PO) and payment on account?

    Yes. We provide a VAT invoice; PO/purchase number can be added. Payment via card/credit card or on account (after approval).

  • Is there parking nearby?

    Interparking Station is located right next to us. Book in advance via Interparking and use code VRCAFE15 for 15% discount. Entrance: bus side of the station. Alternative: Jansweg parking (5 min walk). Public transport stops at Haarlem station, right outside. Bike parking available.

• General

  • How large can our group be, and how many can play at the same time?

    We welcome groups of up to ±50 people. At the same time, 11 play on the game fields and 4 in the racing area; the rest rotate in rounds.

  • Which duration/package do you recommend per group size?

    Up to 12 people: Small (±1h) or Medium (±2h). 13–24 people: Medium (±2h). 25–50 people: Large (±3h) or two consecutive slots. This way everyone gets multiple turns without waiting.

  • Can spectators watch along?

    Yes. Each play field has a screen to watch; great for atmosphere and team coaching.

  • Do I need to arrive earlier?

    You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, but it is not required.

  • Where exactly can I find the VRcafe?

    The VRcafe is located at Stationsplein 68 in Haarlem, directly opposite the station. Bus and train stop right outside. By car, you can park at Interparking Station Garage next to us (use code VRCAFE15 for 15% discount).
